1. Is Ananda Apartments on campus?
    Ananda is conveniently located walking distance from Purdue University. It is only a
    10 minute walk to campus. (closer than marriage student housing and many of the dormitories!)

2. How close to campus are you?
    We are closer to many classrooms than some Dormitories and Marriage Student Housing.
    Ananda Apartments is only 7 blocks from Purdue campus making it a short walk or bike ride.

3. Is Ananda located on the bus line?
    Yes. The bus stops regularly in front of Ananda. Visit www.gocitybus.com for more details.

4. Does Ananda offer short-term leases?
    Sometimes. Depending on availability, we sometimes offer 6 month leases. Contact us for availability.

5. What types of leases do you offer?
    Most of our leases are 11.5 month (payable in 12 equal installments).
    Most of our leases begin in August or May.

6. When can I move in?
    The majority of our residents all have leases that begin on a set day in May or August.     Please refer to your lease for more details.

7. Is parking available?
    Yes. After you provide us with your automobile information we will give you a free Ananda     Apartments parking sticker. We offer paved off-street parking on a first-come-first-serve basis.
    If you require a sticker for an extra vehicle we charge $20 per month if spots are still available.

8. What utilities are included in my rent?
    We take care of water, waste water, and trash removal. The only required utility you need is
    Electric. Cable, Internet are optional.

9. Do I still need to have a guarantor if I am over 21?
    The determining factor for a Guarantor or Co-Signer is your financial status not necessarily      your age. Residents can either supply us with a qualified Guarantor, or choose one of the      following options:
     1. Pay your lease off in full.
     2. Pay an extra Deposit (refundable pending move out charges) equal to three month's rent.

10. When is my first payment due?
       Your first payment on a typical lease is due the 1st day of the month your lease begins.
       If you move in after the lease begins, your typical monthly payments will still always be due
       on the 1st of each month, but your first installment may be due on a different date,
       based upon when you move in. Refer to your lease for more specific details.

11. If I pay my entire lease rent in full the first month, do I get a discount?
       Yes. Save time and money by paying upfront! We will give you a discount of $100
       if you pay your entire lease up front in full the first month of your 12 month lease.
       Ask manager for more details.

12. Do you hire students to work part-time?
       Yes. We welcome students to apply who are motivated to work part-time while completing
       their degree. We believe that the skills you will develop with us will lay a foundation for
       career development the rest of your life
